This notice explains which personal data we collect when you visit our website or book a stay, why we collect it and how long we keep it. It is provided under articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is the accommodation business named at the bottom of this page, at the contact details shown there. For any request concerning your data you may write to the property's email address.
What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, phone and the text of your message. Used only to reply to you.
Booking: first and last name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests and any special requests.
Check-in: as required by law we record the identity document details of every guest and send them to the Italian State Police portal (Alloggiati Web), under article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security.
Browsing: the server records the IP address and the date of the request in technical logs.
Why we may process it
Replying to an enquiry and managing a booking fall under the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Reporting document details to the police is a legal obligation. Keeping accounting records answers tax obligations.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the contact form are kept as long as needed to handle the request. Booking data and accounting documents are kept for ten years, as tax law requires. Data sent to Alloggiati Web follows the terms set by law.
Who we share it with
Data is never sold or transferred for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the technical suppliers who keep our website and email running, appointed as data processors, and it is reported to public security authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object, and you may ask to receive it in a readable format. Write to the property's contact details. If you believe the processing breaches the rules you may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
